This course explores the importance of analysis and critical thinking in assessment. It also explains what analytical assessment should look like and focuses on the different systems and structures that impact on social work practice.
The learning objectives are as follows:
To understand analysis and critical thinking in assessment
To know what analytical assessment looks like
To understand thinking and analysing in practice
To know the importance of supervision in the assessment process
To know how systems and structures impact on social work practice
To understand the role of leadership and management
