Please read these terms carefully before using our website. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms, regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our website.
You should understand that by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Sales Terms. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these Sales Terms, we will not be able to provide any services to you.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions to the extent it is operationally necessary or reasonable to do so. We may need to do this at any time and without prior notice to you. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to take notice of any changes made. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions as modified.
We always aim to process your order immediately if an online order, face to face training is usually the same day or, at the latest, the day after the order has been placed. However, this is not guaranteed. Once the order has been received by the team, it normally takes up to 2 working days to confirm. We will nevertheless send you an e-mail (if an e-mail address has been given) to let you know when your order has been accepted.
On average, more than 97% of our requests are accepted on the day of request. Some, however, are susceptible to conditions outside of our control. On the few occasions that this may happen, it is more than likely that your request will be delayed. If your order has not accepted on the given date though, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 774 7874 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us. We will then do our best to locate your training request.
